On the other hand, we just love seeing Maltese players on the podium. Kenneth Vella has won his final match in the Men’s Singles to achieve the gold medal. It was a tough one but Vella managed to finish on top after winning against the Indian player Atul Anand Biniwale in a 3-game match 21-14, 17-21, 21-12. In Women’s Singles, Tiziana Mifsud also won gold after winning all matches in the league. In Men’s Doubles, David Attard and Vella managed to win Silver after losing only to the pair from Canada and India Biniwale/O’Keefe.
