The Operator strives for its’ services to be safe and enjoyable for everyone, and this Policy aims to help You understand what information the Operator might collect about You and how the Operator makes use of such information. 

By visiting www.badmintonmalta.org (the ‘Website’), including any of its sub-domains and links thereon, (and by accessing or using any service offered by the Operator through the Website, or which may be available for download through third party applications), You are accepting and consenting to the practices that are adopted by the Operator, and which are described in this Policy.

The Operator complies with the Data Protection Act, Chapter 440 of the laws of Malta, (the ‘Applicable Law’), which laws transpose the relevant European Union directives on the subject. Any personal information that is provided to, or gathered by the Operator is controlled by the Operator, thereby acting as the data controller in terms of the Applicable Law.

The Operator is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data from the Website and ensures that Your personal data is processed fairly, lawfully, in accordance with good practice and collected only for specific purposes which are known and accepted by You when You make use of the Website and services.
