#TeamMalta plays squash and lawn bowls tomorrow

Although unfortunately Maltese badminton will not be featured in this year’s edition of the Commonwealth Games that are being held in Gold Coast – Australia, we are all equally excited to see our colleagues in sport perform and achieve their best results in this year’s edition.

Tomorrow, #TeamMalta will have it’s first involvement in the games starting at 4:30am (Malta Time) with Round of 64 in squash with Colette Sultana, Daniel Zammit-Lewis and Dianne Kellas playing in the Round of 32.

At 8am, Malta will be playing Lawn Bowls both in the Women and Men category where they will be facing England and Australia respectively and later on taking India and Brunei Darussalem. That will end the first day of the Commonwealth Games for the Maltese contingent.
